The hotel room was compact and somewhat small, but generally clean to the eye although I found hair in the bathroom. The staff were friendly and the bed was very comfortable, making our first-time experience great in Cape Town. The location was very good, with easy access to V&A Waterfront, Greenpoint, Sea Point, and Camps Bay. The dining experience offered a variety of tastes from around the world but was marred by items left uncleared and mould in the room.

My stay at the hotel was absolutely perfect! The rooms were basic but comfortable, equipped with everything we needed, clean, and neatly arranged. The housemaids did a great job tidying up every day. The service was amazing, especially thanks to Sophilene and Kevin; they were all friendly and extremely helpful. The location was convenient, with friendly staff always ready to assist and being nearby the city tour buses. The dining experience was outstanding, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from. Overall, it was a great value for money.
